I think it would be worth having a summary / time line of the key points that they made in the conversation /the facts that you were given written out and submitted beforehandThanks for your remind.
I agree with you that the most importance is academic evidence .
Regarding the conversations with council ,I will just explained what was happen in hearing then .
eg
1 - explanation of events as your DD described them
2 - the request to return to take the test again
3 - the main points of the explanation as to why the incident happened
then - the impact on your DD
1 - upset in doing parts 3 and 4 of the test
2 - having to redo a section of the test
keep this concise, having something submitted like this beforehand will help as it would be only too easy to get distressed and angry at the council - whereas you just need to concentrate on getting the main points over, they will then be able to ask key questions to get more info
