Hi, I didn't, but a friend did, this was about eight years ago. They got their results in the October, wasn't as they hoped for the Newstead Test or Bexley and in the Kent test not high but still a pass so they moved. They had their house on the market and under offer and a rental in place by the time of the December address change requirement. It was a major undertaking and they had to sell at a keen price to make it happen but they did. I think that was evidence enough for Kent but I've heard of others being asked for GP registration details, fuel bills to prove that energy is being used in the new house etc.
Good luck with the move, the process for moving is so mired in delays it is painful!
