Bexley score only matters if you are in the top 180 when distance is irrelevant. After that it is a pass and distance. So if you score 10 above the pass mark and live 7 miles away then you won’t get preference over someone who got exactly the pass mark and lives next door to the school. Moving to within 2 miles (when you have pass below the top 180) from 20 miles away would potentially help but depends on spaces if done after intial allocation.
