Congratulations all who have now received offers from WL. Wonder how this list moves? I believe the people who haven't received offer from WL will only receive once IC or OOC offeree declined and currently the places have been filled. As the list continues all the way until Sep and sometimes beyond, I wonder how come people decline so late into the year? For people in state or grammar I guess there is no option to hold onto offers for long and its the students who have both Independent and grammar offers, they take time to decide as they aren't under any pressure? This is my theory and I may be wrong?
