Many thanks for your reply. I don't think it would have been recorded as such as it happened before entering the test room and it was only my child involved. She was advised incorrectly/not clearly about directions from an adult and ended up in the wrong place and had to be redirected. The test was being held at a school they weren't familiar with and my child wasn't taking it in the main hall but in a smaller room with 4-5 other children. There were several rooms set up in this way with smaller groups of children taking the test. Whilst this appears to be a minor incident - for my child it caused internalised dysregulation, which was then further amplified.
This is the first time they have had a formal testing situation like this (they did several mocks without a problem and were very prepared for the test itself) and it's given me a lot to think about for future situations![:D]( "Very Happy")
