I am sorry to hear that you had this unexpected result last week. It is indeed true that remarking is not done and I suspect you would find it very hard to get them to change that.
- one of the problems of course is lack of specific feedback eg was there a request for the creative writing to be done in a specific format or style and this wasn't done on the day? - we don't know but it would help you if you did
- there is no route via MPs /legal at this stage - the only thing that can be done is that you put the school on the CAF, get declined in March and then appeal with plenty of academic evidence - we have some info here about non qualification which could be useful - please have a read and come with any questions
