Can you please provide more information on how they put more emphasis on English? The topics are indeed spread over 2 papers, Verbal Reasoning, English and Maths, NVR. Each paper is divided into timed sections.
Where the 11+ differs with the Kent test is how they score the marks, many found it easier to score higher in Kent last year due to Bexley's emphasis placed on the English sections.
Does that mean they give more weightage to English as compared to reasoning and maths?
My DS passed Bexley but just by small margin. Which really surprises me as he had been really good in Mocks. However, English was his weakest area whereas Reasoning and Maths he is quite strong.
